Hall Hire Terms and Conditions
Palacess Spicy Suya Garden and Hall Hire
Capacity: Spacious hall accommodating up to 200 guests (seating/ standing).
Hire Period: 11am - 11pm​

Hire Fees:
Our Introductory Offer: £100 per hour
​
Hourly Rate (outside standard hire): £130 per hour
Overtime (after midnight): £200 flat rate.
​
Bookings and Payments:
Deposit: 50% of hire fee (non-refundable if cancelled with less than 30 days' notice).
Balance: Due in full two weeks before event date.
Security Staff: £13 per hour (if required)

Additional Deposit:
Cleaning Deposit: £250 (refundable after inspection if no extra cleaning required)
Damage Deposit: £500​​​​​​

We are delighted to introduce our fully equipped, modern event hall, now open for bookings, at 7c Advent Way, London N18 3AH. Our hall is the perfect venue for all occasions including weddings, receptions, birthday parties, conferences, community events, and even Sunday church services. Our spacious venue can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and large celebrations.
